Hotel was a good one. Reception executive was very professional and courteous. Certain minor concerns were there in our room which was sorted out by the management promptly. AC were good, bed was soft, pillows were clean, hot water was available, room was spacious and overall, everything was good.

Booked this hotel in a flash sale of Go ibibo for an attractive rate but had a terrible time after check in. Peak winters this 'air conditioned' hotel did not have heater or blower. The blanket was stinking and room stank of smoke. Towels were wet and soggy,attendant pretty dumb and slow to respond. There was no proper shampoo or standard kit in bathroom and dental kit was provided on request. The reception boy was cooperative and agreed to provide complimentary bed tea though. My partner suffered a bad cold next day thanks to lack of room heating. Avoidable on your itinerary I would say, check in at your own risk

Service is pathetic. They don't replace bed sheets, towels in-spite of several calls. Second day they changed bed sheets only in two bedrooms NOT in third room and for extra beds. They just gave four towels on day one among nine people and on second day seven for nine people. They didn't clean bathrooms even asking them so many times. Only good thing is it's location.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Well located to train and bus service. Rooms were clean and wifi strong. Fairly central access to several sites in the city although I would book closer to the temple if I visited again. It is the main attraction and spectacular, it would have been great to visit it a few times at different times of the day...from Hotel Robin that involves negotiating auto or cycle rickshaws each time.
